Shizuka

Shizuka have the same parentage as Crispin (Mutsu) but are generally sweeter with less acid. Discovered in Japan in the 1960's, Shizuka is growing in popularity in Canada. The green-yellow skin may have a slight touch of red and its creamy-white flesh is full of juice.
